Legal info on Name Changes and Property in PR

Would someone please tell me what effect a legal name change would have if you change your name and the property that you inherit goes under your original given name? Thanks!

If you have inherited any property you would have to have proof that you are who you say you are and also, have with you all the documentation of the name change, but just to make sure you can contact Hacienda in San Juan, I think that there office is located in Hato Rey, if is is not than look it up in San Juan. I use to live in PR for 11 years so I n=know some of the laws over there.
