I was married in Cataņo in 2000. Now I am living between the US and the Netherlands and find that I need a certified and legalized STAMPED copy of our marriage license. I need to submit this document to the Dutch Consulate in Chicago in order to immigrate to The Netherlands. Can someone supply me with the local address at Cataņo of the government office I must write to find out about getting another document? I can't find it online. And I need the document as soon as possible.
Thank you very much.

forget to include a pre-addressed and stamped return envelope. Allow
several weeks for delivery.
