Need Copy of Marriage License ASAP

I was married in Cataño in 2000. Now I am living between the US and the Netherlands and find that I need a certified and legalized STAMPED copy of our marriage license. I need to submit this document to the Dutch Consulate in Chicago in order to immigrate to The Netherlands. Can someone supply me with the local address at Cataño of the government office I must write to find out about getting another document? I can't find it online. And I need the document as soon as possible.

The address is as follows:
To obtain certified abstracts of vital records, send your request
(preferably in Spanish), a copy of your photo ID, and either a $2
Internal Revenue stamp or a $2 money order payable to the Secretary
of the Treasury for each record requested to the registrar. The
stamps are usually available through the local hospital or town hall
of the municipality you're researching. They're also available via
the Puerto Rican/Hispanic Genealogical Society at 25 Ralph Ave.,
Brentwood, NY 11717-2424. You can also e-mail the society's Vice-
President Phil Ramos (LatinoBlue@aol.com) for more details. Don't
forget to include a pre-addressed and stamped return envelope. Allow
several weeks for delivery.

A. The main Puerto Rican Demographic Registrar in San Juan has records
from the entire island since 22 July 1931. For records preceding this
date, send your request as instructed above to the registrar in the
municipality where the event occurred.
