First of all I want to say hi to all the Boricuas out there. I'm 100% Boricua born in Ceiba and raised a couple of years in Fajardo. Moved to N.Y. young. Lived in Brooklyn for a lot of years and then moved to Connecticut. Now I reside in Massachusetts. But most of all I miss my land where I was born. My last visit to Puerto Rico was in 1992 when my vieja passed away(always thinking about u mom). It's been 13 years since then. I think it's about time I take a trip to visit my Isla del encanto. I miss it so much, especially the beaches and the hot sun. So take care all of u and peace out.

Thumbs up

What's up Boricuas, Got to say this is great. I was just navigating through the net and found this forum. I was born in Viequez, Puerto Rico (Thats the small island that use to get bomb by the navy and marines),and raised in East New York than moved on near prospect park (could still smell those late summer hangouts), enough walking down memory lane, after getting tired of gang hang out I came to our native land for vacation and never came back.

Even though I miss N.Y. I do not regret the changed, I came someone better. Got married, have 3 kids, got my Bachlers DeGree, got a great job and teach karate. What more can I ask for, I could ask for million bucks but that would spoil all the fun I'm having.

Dios Bendiga, Peace and Happy Mothers Day to all the Mother Boricuas.
