Hello all

I am beginning my search for my family history.

My maiden name is Chevere, and my grandmother was Aidia Nunez
My greatgrandparents were Hermano and Angela Nunez

My grandfather, however was adopted and claimed he was of Taino descent. I would like to confirm this somehow through adoption records or orphanage records!

If anyone has tips, ideas of where to start I'd really appreciate it, thank you!
