On May 1st 1961, a Delta Airliner destined for Miami from Puerto Rico was hijacked to Cuba by armed gunman Antulio Ramirez Ortiz. I know that he was given asylum in Cuba and then deported to the US in the mid-1970's.

Since then he has literally vanished. I have been told that he is possibly a patient in a mental health institute in Virginia. The Virginia Health authorities refuse to confirm or deny his existence. Does anyone on this list know where I can find out what happened to this man?
