Hello, I am a 38 year old female. My name is Jeannette.
I am unable to have children and would very much love to adopt one. I am Puerto Rican. I've searched different country and am about to adopt a child from Russia. Hello, I am from Puerto Rico and resident of Georgia. I have adopted a year ago a boy from Puerto Rico.
Most of these childrem were removed from the birthparents for different reasons and are placed in institutional settings (orphanages) or with foster parents. You have to contact the Department of Family & Children of Puerto Rico, Adoption Unit. Good luck!
