Your Spanish is very poor, I would not volunteer to help anybody if I were you.

This is the way you write Yes, I can help you with your Spanish:

Sí, yo puedo ayudarte con tu español.
but if you do not want to use the familiar form
then "ayudarle con su español" would be correct.
