How would you ask "how are you?" or "how's the weather?"
I'm trying to learn a little so when I take Spanish next year it won't be too complicated. By the way, my email address is rso87@hotmail.com if it's easier that way. Hope to hear from you again=) |

Hi again,
Here are a few phrases. Como estas?(familliar)-How are you? or Como esta usted?(formal). Estoy muy bien gracias-I am fine thanks. Buenas tardes-good afternoon. Buenos dias-good day. Que hace el tiempo?-how is the weather. Que haces?-What are you doing? Hace sol-it is sunny. Esta lloviendo-it is raining.(ll pronounced y). Hace viento-it is windy. Como te llamas?(familliar)-what is your name? or Como se llama usted?(formal). De donde eres?-where are you from? Yo vengo de (place)-I come from. Me gusta-I like. No me gusta nada!-I don't like it at all. Que te gustaria hacer-What would you like to do? Spanish isn't too complicated to learn.Unlike English it is inflected, that means that each verb employs a different ending depending on who is doing the action. Also nouns are either masculine or feminine and have a different ending depending on which they are.I hope these phrases are of use to you and if you check out the site in my previous post you should find it helpful. Adios y hasta luego(Goodbye, till later). |
