Gladiator? that movie is awesome, you are the first person that I had ever heard saying that.

Gladiator was awesome------- the ultimate guy movie.

Lost in Translation was awesome too, but in a different way. But----------- I guess this movie is not for everybody.

Royal Tannembaums was very quirky------- it did not make me bored.

IMO the worst movie was Titanic.

Maybe it is me, But Yujike, I really really dislike MUSICALS in general. Such as:

1.Chicago and EVITA...I really hated Madonna's Evita. I HATED IT.

I detest all musicals from the 1940's. And I really hate most American teen comedies or teen movies period. I hate blood and gore movies in general. Chainsaw massacre, and hellraiser etc. I detest in general.

There are so many bomb movies that are really bad one can spend a lifetime writing down the titles of these loser movies.

I REALLY HATE THOSE SHODDILY PRODUCED CHEAP MEXICAN MOVIES WITH NARCOTRAFICANTES AS THE THE THEME IN SPANISH, MOST MASS PRODUCED MOVIES FROM MEXICO LATELY...SUCH AS FOUND IN CHEAP VIDEO RENTAL STORES ARE BAD!!!!WITH TITLES SUCH AS "NARCOS DE NUEVO LEON". ETC.

And if you really want to torture me, make me watch that Blair witch stuff...that was beyond bad.

Suki.

Cool Suki

It's funny, I dislike musicals on film but I will go to a Broadway musical anytime, maybe because is LIVE and you can really feel the action close by.
Once I found myself watching one of those Mexican B- movies that you mentioned and I expected ( like in most american movies) the knight in shining armor to come save the day, and then it ended and I realized that the ladrones were the heroes of the movie!!
The mexicans used to produce fairly good movies but like their american countertparts they produce this artless form aimed at young people who are the biggest consumers of movies these days and are not too sophisticated to know the difference. Like the aforementioned Chainsaw Massacre which cost like 30,000 dollars to produce but grossed millions for the producers.
About Evita, I dislike Eva Peron who is worshipped as a goddess in the US and was no other than an antisemite thief who stole from her so called "descamisados" untold millions.

Titanic is definitely one of the most over-rated movies of all time. If it hadnt been for that damn song and Leo Dicaprio, it would have been a complete failure.

Most horror flicks as of late have been ghastly, and not in the way we would want them to be. They are just horribly made, too cliche and give you this been then, done that feeling. I keep expecting a good comeback of the horror movies.

Gigli. Need I say more?
