Need to find family in PR...

Hey ya'll,
OK, first of all I'm not Puerto Rican, I'm Sicilian, but my 2 month old daughter is.
I left her father (gato de perico... hope i spelled that right) and ever since then because I won't be with him he has cut off all ties with his family over there and my daughter. They are looking for her too, but they don't know where to find me because I left under emergency circumstances from my old address and phone number. His Morales side is from Bayamon, his DeJesus side is from the campas... don't know exactly where.
