well to answer your question i would just tell em what you feel. the best way to just about anything is to be honest with yourself and the person.
for example i would aproach by saying "i would like to get to know you better,so if it is possible can we go out."

Boriqua1, Xena is right. Be yourself and do away with fancy lines. They probably heard them all. Don't try hard. If a boriqua lady is meant for you, then it will happen. In the mean time meet the ladies and enjoy the good times and make friends. Some where, sometime, you will meet that special lady.There is no trick to meeting women. Women want to be teated like ladies and be respected. You treat them like ladies and you won't have a hard time meeting that special borinquena. Hope you find that lady!!!!
