I think the same way-leave the guy. If someone is not treating you with the respect, love, and courtesy that you deserve, no matter if it's the guy or the gal, leave'em. No one should put up with the hassle! When he sees that you're not around anymore, that the spice of his life is missing, then he'll know that he had a good thing and he let it go by not treating you right. If I was you, I'd say to him BYE BYE BABY, BYE BYE!
