Why do people fear being alone, to the point where they enter into detrimental relationships -- knowing the other person is no good (or they themselves are in bad shape and unfit for a relationship) just because they want to "have someone?"
These are the questions that come to mind when I read some of these threads...

Since no one has yet to reply to your question hermano. I'll give you my thoughts on this subject. First off, you answered your first and second question already. People don't want to be single & are willing to enter into vain relationships because of
loneliness. I've had to catch myself from slipping into that mode.
I remembering sitting on the side of my bed one day, saying "I feel so alone". But, God stepped in and His Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "You are not Alone". Those that are not filled w/ the Spirit of Christ will always search for something to fill the dark void in their lives.
Those empty relationships become their "god".
I've often been taunted by a certain acquaintance of mine that brags on the fact that she's married; However, the Lord showed me recently, that she thinks she is doing well but, she is a cripple. That person will always be a cripple in her spirit (not reaching her full potential in God) and in everyday life. She has never gone any length of time without a relationship. She does not know what it is like to be single. She even confessed years ago, that she is afraid of being alone. There is that ugly word again,
A L O N E....
So, I encourage you my brother - stand strong in the Lord w/ your head lifted high. Cause while others are laying crippled along the side at the gate called beautiful. Waiting for
someone else to lift them in. You are able to run and step into the supernatural anointing God has waiting for you.
