Dating Boricuas on the Island vs on the Mainland

Hello everyone,

My name is John and I am from England,UK but I am spending 7 months in NY on alittle business.

I am new to this site and I LOVE BORICUA WOMEN. Sorry but I see them as some of the most intelligent and loving women around. Of course there are good women around everywhere but I really like BORICUAS.

Anyway I want to know if there is a difference in dating a Boricua on the island vs Dating a Boricua from mainland USA?

I am looking for a more "traditional" person.

My buddy Carlos who is a boricua says it would be best to at least visit the island once in order to absorb the culture that way, you can be on a similar level with boricuas and when they talk to you about certain things in their culture you will understand it. But I have heard alot about the island and how dangerous it can be.

There are some really beautiful women in Puerto Rico. What you heard about Puerto Rico being so dangerous is an exaggeration. I have been to the island numerous times and have NEVER been a victim of crime. If you stick to the tourist areas of San Juan you should be ok. There you will find venues where the beautiful people of San Juan hang out. Puerto Rico has never had a problem with crime directed specifically toward tourists. Most of the crime is directly or indirectly tied to the illegal drug trade. You can find the same conditions in New York city. Besides, your British pound will go far in Puerto Rico. Many of the hotels are offering discounted rates. The British pound is worth almost twice what the U.S. dollar is worth (yes, they use the U.S. dollar).
