How do I edit or delete thread?

Can anyone please tell me how to edit or delete a thread?

To delete or edit a thread, all you have to do is enter the thread you started, click on the bottom where it states edit. If the thread is old, then you will not be able to do anything in it and you will need us to do it for you, however if others have written in your thread already then you must notify each person concerning your plans on deleting the thread, before we can delete it.
