Where to live in Puerto Rico

I am considering moving my family to Puerto Rico for 10 years. Can you please suggest a few cities that would meet our criteria (below):
1. Good schools (for 2 girls, ages 9 and 11) 2. Horseback riding, or owning a horse. 3. Tennis/Golf/Swimming 4. Spanish speaking 5. Nice weather all year 6. Safe Thank you for your help. Jose-Joe |

Beware though, that the paradise you are looking for is difficult to fulfill in Puerto Rico, particularly since the Marxist Governor there is trying to make it a living hell like her boyfriend has done in Venezuela .Quote:
