Seeking Latina R&B singer...

Artist-management/production company seeking a Latina R&B solo singer (16 - 23) to produce demo for and manage career. Styles include R&B, Reggaeton, Pop, Hip-Hop, etc. Must have ability to harmonize, be bi-lingual, attractive, dancing ability, stage presence, dedication, and experience preferred. Must be available for rehearsing, recording, and live showcases. No immediate pay. If you have the talent and are interested, reply with a photo and short bio.
Must live in the NYC area.
