The Ashford avenue area and the Hotels.

Anybody has any acurate information on the plans of the area between the "La Concha" and "Condado Beach" hotels? That used to be such an exciting area, beautifull hotels and its sad to see it now. I have great ideas for the development of that area. Its all designed in my mind! Any news?

Anybody knows any news on the Caribe Hilton renovation? I hope the old Condado Beach Hotel, the old Vanderbilt mantion is not destroyed since it is part of the puerto Rico history!
