Missing monkey?

Last Sunday I was cooking for my kids and made "arroz con gandules, chuletas, tostones, and a salad with aguacate. I heard a tap on the door and there was the cutest little monkey. He said he could smell the aroma of Puertorican food and knew we would be very hospitable.I asked his name and it sounded like "Clifford". I invited him to come on in and eat dinner with us. He was sooo cute but his table manners could use some improvement. He said he was visiting the north east because it was too hot where he lives but he was ready to go home and try to make it there for his birthday party. He also said he was sorry for all the worry he caused everyone on the forum. I think he needs a bath he is quite smelly. But he didn't have time to shower. Bye Clifford! Nice having you visit.

Thanks, Dolores...

Your concern for Clifford is very sweet and sincere. I most definately will tell Clifford how involved and concerned you've been.

As for myself, all I will ask is that you say a few Rosary's for Clifford and when your little kiddies eat cookies and drink milk-think of my little monkey. He enjoys Chips Ahoy and Chocolate milk and he likes to put peanut butter on his graham crackers. I've been trying to stop him from eating so much junk food, but his sweet tooth is really bad.

When he gets home, he's going to the dentist whether he likes it or not.

Lord have mercy, you say you think it was Clifford who ate dinner with you? Oh, goodness! Well, what did he say during dinner. How do you know it was Clifford? I don't know Spanish, but Clifford has picked up a few words...He called my neighbor Louie a Maricon and all I remember was that Louie flipped him off and Clifford turned around and pointed his finger at his butt-then Louis nearly burst a vein and he started chasing Clifford. I had to call the cops to break them apart. It was an awful mess! The cops took Clifford and Louie down to the station, but neither one was charged with anything...

Clifford thought the whole thing was funny, but Louie refuses to have anything else to do with him.

I will say a prayer for Clifford, but also one for you. You must be going thru hell not knowing where Clifford is. Try not to be to hard on him when he does get home. Just be thankful when he does, ok?
