In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. All Praises are due to Allah who came in the person of Master Fard Muhammad. We give Him praise and thanks for raising up in our midst, the Divine Leader, Teacher, and Guide that we have been waiting for. A comforter to us all, in the Most Hon. Elijah Muhammad.

As Salaam Alaikum,

As I listened attentively to the address George W. Bush gave to the U.N. today, I couldn't help but grimace at the level of hypocrisy and contradictory statements he made to this world body of nations. He opened up his speech by using the horse that he has been riding on throughout his entire presidency in 9/11. Despite him stating that Sadaam Hussein had no ties to 9/11 a few days ago, he insisted on riding this horse once more into the U.N. His lackey Rush Limbaugh reiterated on his radio program that Bush used 9/11 to remind the U.N. why the invasion of Iraq was necessary. But truth be told, there is an entire different spin to this war on terror. In the State Department's report on terrorism, it states that primary terrorist threats emanate from two regions of the world. Two of them Bush stated in his speech to the U.N., the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Yet, statistics from the same State Department report show a contradiction just as Bush manifested today.

There were a reported 169 anti-U.S. attacks abroad our borders. Latin America accounted for 96, West Europe 30, Eurasia 9, Africa 16, Middle East 11, and Asia 6. Most of these attacks were bombings. The report also states that there are vigorous terrorist activities emanating from Jordan, Algeria, Egypt, Yemen, Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Though, the State Department lists Syria, Iran, Iraq and Libya as state sponsors of terrorism. Most of the terrorist activities from the Middle East were not leveled against the U.S. but rather the illegal state of Israel.

In Latin America, most of the attacks occured in Colombia and Peru. Americans are attacked being that they make better ransom money targets. Most of these attacks are from leftist rebels and paramilitary forces. Kidnappings are also part of what is labeled as a terrorist attack. Like the case in the Phillippines.

The definition by the state department is too narrow on what terrorism is. The report states that the term terrorism means premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against non-combantant targets by a sub-national group or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience. The definition is too narrow for it defines terrorism by identity rather than by the action and motive of the perpetrator. This is significant for in Israel, if Sharon decides to 'liquidate' a Hamas leader by shooting missiles into his vehicle. And carries out the act, the reaction would be that those loyal to the Hamas leader will retaliate. There is a reason for their activity which is the case in the Middle East.

The state of Israel is an apartheid state. They treat the Palestinians like the Jim Crow legislationist treated us here in America. In addition, look at the move that the AIPAC did on Earl Hilliard and Cynthia McKinney. Stay Black, stay strong, maintain, overcome.
