Tiana,
In order for one to have 'moral authority' about what others do or say, one must be free of the behavior that one accuses others of engaging in. If you are the king or queen of personalisms then if someone acts the same way towards you in the way you have treated them, it is hard to feel sympathy.

You can't control other people. Only yourself. If you get personal with everyone then play tattle tale on others who are ONLY responding to your initiated personalism you have very little or no moral authority.

Administration has sent in a new moderator. A supermoderator. And that person has the authority to ban or quarantine any user who has a pattern of being personal. They are objective and impartial. The name is Khuttar.

If anyone can't control getting personal, they will have to deal with that.

Why was someone quarantined while others only warned Tiana? Simple, because one looks at who initiates the personalisms first. The respondents then get warned. Don't initiate anything constantly is the message. Stay out of the personalism. But most importantly never initiate the personalism is the key to not getting disciplined.

Why did both moderators before and two administrators see fit to discipline the same user over and over again? It is not just about me seeing the problem. It is more than I. WHY? One has to stop being subjective and realize it is a more objective reason than just one person seeing it.

End of this discussion of this topic.

Suki
