Well i will tell you from a male point of view when i am at my mothers house. My father is Cuban/P.R and my mother is a beautiful african american womem. I love it when she makes her homemade Cajun fried catfish! Ricos, Ricos! I always wait till the first batch is done , she will put it in the oven, and i wait till she leaves the kitchen for a moment , then i attack ....opening the oven door so ever quietly and sneaking me a couple of pieces to hold me over . Well one day, i accide ntly tipped over the whole pan. So i ran outside so my father would get blamed. LoL!

You are not nice, plus if you think she needs a life than abviously so do you...bcuz you were on this site and happen to read her stuff....some of us enjoy chatting with other people like Truthangel that would like to share her opinions and her recipe...if you are going to be cruel than don't read the threads jump to another one.....

No disrespect intended just upset that someone would critize another person sharing her opinion....
