Co-workers are they for real? Where did they come from?

I know that I’m a co-worker to someone else, Pero Gente Please! I am the youngest in the group of females and males that I work with. Being that I’m PR, most of us look younger than we really are , its the Muy Rica Cosas in us. Anyway, to me these people aren’t that old, pero everyday kid you not, these people play out all their aches and pains and telling stories of how their getting older. I know its going to hit me one day also, but every chance they get, they tell me, you just wait Eda your going to feel this way too. I love to exercise, walk at my breaks, and go to the gym at times at lunch. They tell me soon my body isn’t going to take it any more. Now they think I’m mad at them when they talk about getting old…Because I try to ignore the madness. .Help this Rican out mi Gente, Im tired of this!

be yourself, next time invite everybody for a walk or to exercise, they will fell much better o mas jovenes o con mas energia y mejor actitud.

The exercises is good for your health, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Thanks Jose.....You know, I have tried inviting them in my dept to go, but they complain about the weather, alergies and other things that bother them. So On breaks its with other people from different depts. You know if its not one thing from these people its another. You think its Jealousy?
I'm not into that jealousy thing, I dont play that way. We're with these people more than our own family.

That's funny cause the people at my job always talk about this. I have been working at my job for 10 years. I started when I was 17 yrs old. Now 27 I am not the yougest in the company anymore. But an the youngest in the Management. I always say hay I don't know what your talking about since I was born in 72. But you won't start feeling old until I would say you stop taking care of yourself and exercising. So for your co-workers, I would say don't hate me cause I am younger and just do your thang girl !

Keep up what ever your doing sometimes we can't please everybody, in the company that I work for they encourage people to become members of a Health Club, the company pays 50% to 75% of the cost. I don't understand the situation even my father that is 73 years old (God Bless Him)love to exercise and he is very strong for his age.

about jealousy, I don't think so why must of the people that react to this condition they try to do better than you, think about it, if you have a car they want to have 2.

just continue your personal life and enjoy it.
