Need help w/Education info from Puerto Rico

I am in desperate need of information regarding the different ways of helping a child maintain school interest. If anyone knows is there a program in Puerto Rico called home studies where a child learns at home. Please reply. Thank you

Eda, I used to work in Del Mar right in front of the ocean it was beautiful. but I feel homesick maybe cuz til now I didn't have any friends to talk to.
