If you are worried about the effect the US will have on Puerto Rican Culture, you should be, because it already has had an effect. I remember someone either saying to me or I read a post that said most people listen to POP music, and not SALSA. Look at other countries, like Japan, China, they have embraced the US culture, just like PR has. If you take it in, you take it in, but if you truely value your culture then you will always have it regardless if PR is a state or not. Which makes me wonder what the real problem is. Is it that you feel insulted that most people don't know much about PR, maybe you resent our neglect and lack of education on the subject, which you should be. I guess all you can do is get the word out best you can. Don't be negative, or people wont listen. And all that stuff about taxes is just a bunch of garble, Americans suck up just as much Welfare as the rest of yah!!! If it comes down to a vote, I think it should be by you, the people of PR. I don't believe it can be decided by any one else. Everyone always remembers the war happy, gun slingin', push you around Americans. Please don't put the American citizens in the same boat as our government, they are totally different. I hate that everone forgets how caring and accepting we are, how we do open our minds and souls to different thing. As I say, knowledge is everything, so educate me.

Iraq is a third rate third world country that is being sold in the United States as the greatest threat to humanity since the Evil Empire (1945 - 1989) gave the U.S. and El Jibaro a run for their money .

The U.S. can overrun Iraq in a couple of hours and I don't see what the threat is.

Is it because Iraq has weapons of mass destruction like stink bombs or mustard gas? DUHHHHHHHHH

Iraq doesn't have atomic bombs like Pakistan, India, China, Russia or Israel. If it did it doesn't have the missle capability to reach the Trailer Parks in New Jersey.

So what's the big deal? Terrorists? They are all over the place , even in the United States. Remember Timothy Mc-veigh? He sure wasn't trained in Iraq.

What we really have to worry about is our boys going to fight while the sons of the politicians who make the war get drunk in the Hamptons.

I absolutly agree with you, but we can't just let it go. If we wait, things will just get worse. Im talking about Iraq, terrorists, whatever. A hand shake isn't going to clear this up, neither is war. There is no right answer, but you got to do, what you got to do to protect yourself and your assets. What if Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia ect, join and attack us, what if they are given Nuclear Weapons. What then??? No more me and no more you.

Talking IRAQ is not such a threat, is it???

[b][i]OK, so some say that they saw the 19 suicide-hijackers being trained in IRAQ on how to hijack a passenger airplanes (Click here: What warning, if any, did the CIA receive from the National Reconnaissance Office concerning Arabs training on the fuselage of a passenger airliner at a terrorist training camp prior to September 11th, 2001).

Talking Now, that is just coincidence, no?

[b][i]And according to the U.N. Inspectors who were kicked of Iraq dozens of times, Iraq does have more than just primitive weapons:
