Is El Jibaro a Cuban Exile in disguise?

By El Jibaro's posts one would swear he was a Cuban Exile, circa 1962 or an angry old fart who lives surrounded by American flags in his New Jersey Trailer Park.

Why? Check it out:

He's still OBSESSED with Fidel Castro, like if Fidel was ready to invade Miami.

He says he's American but is more interested in the interests of the Cuban exiles. He's against giving American farmers a crack at the Cuban market, preferring instead to screw Gringos in favor of those right wing nuts who live in Miami.

He can't get over that the Cold war ended and that Communism went out of style in 1989.

He still expects an invasion from the Evil Empire at any moment.

He writes about independentistas like right wing Cubans used to write in 1965.

He thinks independentistas are an advance force for the eventual take over of the United States.

He still thinks Puerto Rico is a good deal for Americans, preferring to screw his "own people" with a welfare state than let Puerto Ricans learn to swim with the sharks and learn to fend for themselves.

He writes about Venezuela and Chavez with the same rage and hostility as the exiles from Miami. Is it that Chavez will do away with the Miss Universe Culture of Caracas?

He flies Old Glory and places "la uni-estrellada" as an after thought to mitigate his guilt and "para el que dirán," just in case Gringos negociate a sovereign status for the island.

El Jibaro's rage and irrationality is getting worse by the Day. Is it a blow back from the Statehooders anger and hostility because they see their cause going down the drain in Washington and Puerto Rico?

You made me laugh too hard with this post.

I kinda like Nacionalista's explanation of El Jib as a frustrated Federal Employee, who wastes his work day surfin' the internet for bad comic strip photos of violence, bloodshed and torture....that is where his head is at. And he espouses a lot of 'christian' stuff, but when it comes to practicing what he 'says' he is.....sale perdiendo. Fake christian all the way. And he gets happy when he thinks independentistas will be placed in some dungeon by the fed gov't. What he should truly fear is losing his job for loafing and wasting time, and being unemployed and getting evicted from that trailer park in New Jersey where he lives and having his green volky bug, stolen by some people bent on a joy ride in a cheap vehicle. Lol.

Que serie de disparates el ha tirado en este foro. WE WON'T lose our Spanish if Puerto Rico becomes a state. Where is his head man? New Mexico became a state in 1912? Most New Mexicans (NOT IMMIGRANT recent arrivals) from Mexico, lost their Spanish. They are like Linda Ronstadt having to revive the dead language and struggling with pronunciation for months. I know I lived in the state a few months....long time ago. Lol. ESTA equivocado. ASSIMILATION a la brava is a force to be reckoned with....see the language thread argument I had with Torr59 in the language section started by Jazzymel "Help me learn Spanish" it explains the whys language is lost very clearly. But since he does not cope with language acquisition or multilingual or bilingual education issues either....sigue con el disparate.

El Jibaro is more like a frustrated conservative republican, very much like the Blue collar Italians and Irish who live in his neighborhood.

He's lucky that when he moved in the Whites stayed. In Miami they all fled when the Cubans started arriving. I guess those red necks in his trailer community don't have a pot to piss in and can't move out.

Reminds me of that guy, Rev. Jim Baker, Tammy's Fae's husband. Christian this and Christian that, but scratch below the surfice and he was crook and had a girlfriend on the side and then a boyfriend in jail.

I bet El jibaro is a retired old bag who sits in his porch most of the day swatting away the flies and drinking his Bud. He wears a baseball cap saying "I went to Disneyworld" and made his last trip to Graceland, Elvis' mansion in Tenn, with a Church group.
About having a Bug, You've gotta be kidding! People of El Jibaro's persuation wouldn't be seen in a Bug! A Volky bug was a Communist car from the 60's. Like a true Puerto Rican statehooder, he has a battered old Cadillac or an outdated Lincoln or Oldsmobile, big enough to accomodate his whole family when he takes them to K-mart for their weekly recreation trip.

I never though about that L_F_Miranda, but now that you mentioned, El_Jibaro actually fit the profile of a disgruntled Cuban exile.

I just realized that.

El_Jibaro act exactly as many Cubans exiles I know in PR and as an irony in New Jersey.

No wonder El_Jibaro got mad at me when I posted one time that Don Luis A. Ferre was decendant from Cubans, which in fact is true. His father was Cuban.

I have to give you credit on this one L_F_Miranda, good research and effort too.

Now I feel really bad for El_Jibaro, what a pity.

Sooki-Sooki is not that dangerous. I often wonder why she has such a deep admiration for Marxist Old Men who have no respect for women and morality.

I dare guess that may be she did not grow up with her Dad (but that may be a far-fetched guess).
