They even burned a whole sector behind de Prison (and let all the bad guys go), were thousands of poor Panamanians lived. Some of the houses burned has 40 people living in it.

The situation in Panama was building since 1964, it just exploted in the late 80's.

You probably don't care, but in the two years prior that invation, over 1,500 USA military members, including their families, were abused by Panamanian military following Noriega others. Including Puertoricans.

One famaily was stopped in Panama by their military, they put a pistol on the soldier head and make him watch the Panamanias guys raping his 12 years old daugther, wife, and sodomizing his 10 years old son.

That was one case of the over 1,500 that happened.

Now, go to Panama now and see how much progress they have, they are even building a second bridge over the Canal and enhansing the Panamanian Highway with a huge highway.

Noriega was on the CIA payroll for a long time. It is a fact. And in the Canal ZOne has a long history of abuse by US military personnel. You gloss over the civilian casualties and who trained those 'Panamanian machos" ? Who? You guys? Please, Nacionalista. You need to justify your profession.
