Challenge: For All Bush and Iraq War Haters

Scenario:

Lets supposed that your neighborhood was targeted by international terrorists (Islamofascists). They were planning to use European looking/Caucasian looking/Hispanic looking terrorist families that would go into your neighborhood and buy houses strategically located. They would put a dirty atomic bomb in each of these homes. Lets say that you have your house, your uncles, and your grandparents living in the same neighborhood scattered throughout this community.

The terrorists that will infiltrate covertly your neighborhood: some are there already, others are training in scattered camps throughout the Middle East.

You are the only one that knows for sure that this will happen because you overheard a discussion going on at a restaurant. You don't know when this will happen. You tell your family. They don't believe you and are not planning to move away because of what you tell them. They will certainly die if all goes as planned.

What would you do?

1) Any pre-emptive action? (Get them before they get you!)

What action?

2) Close borders?

3) Increase amount of covert action?

4) Torture a terrorist if he knew when your family was going to die plus the thousands in your community? He may have more info. He's not telling you by you simply asking him. He curses you and calls you and your family "Satan" saying that Islam will take over the world with the "sword, to cut off the head of Satan."

I don't understand what "They were planning to use European looking/Caucasian looking/Hispanic looking terrorist families" means? Since when is "looking caucasian" not really "being caucasian"? And since when does it only apply to Europeans? Many of them are also ANGLO.
