What many thought would be a cinch, wipe out Hezbollah and Hammas, is turning out to be a nightmare!

According to recent think tank analysis, this war might be the begining of a more wider conflict, one that can jeapordize the very existence of Israel and American interests in the region.

According to Times correspondent Thom Shanker, "Pound for pounding, the Israeli military is one of the worlds finest. But Hezbollah, with its dicipline and feroocity of its fighters and ability to field advanced weaponry, has taken Israel by surprise."

"Now the surprise has rocketed back to Washington and across the American military."

MMMMMMM is it a shock that the U.S now wants a cease fire when last week Condi said publicly "we have to finish them off."

From recent developments one must ask, " What kind of jerks are running this country!"

According To Shanker, the U.S. is studying this conflict closely for lessons to apply to its own wars. Military planners suggest that the Pentagon take a page out of Hezbollah's book about small unit agile operations as it battles insurgents and cells in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The problem is that Israel and the U.S. have lived too long with the perception of invincibility. After all, with the thought that God is on our side, who wouldn't think this way?

What is happening is a NET WAR! NET WHAT! Its a war that difers from previous wars which were about brute confrontations of organized armies with tanks and commands from the top. Net wars are similar to guerrilla warfare but with a twist. They do battle within small organized units of highly trained professionals.

Different from Guerilla warfare, the fighters are computer literate, propaganda and internet savvy and are capable of firing complicated weapons to great effect. NET WARRIERS have suceeded in hiding vast caches of rockets into local zones with independent commands. They dug tunnels, bunkers and established communication systems cell phone radios even their runners aren't susceptible to eavesdropping.

In the mean time The Bush administration still doesnt have a clue of what is happening. The administration concentrates on going after boys kissing boys and pushing creationism. With interests like these, its no wonder the world is falling apart around us.

They are so stupid that they haven't figured out that they have unleashed a monster with the invasion of Iraq. In fact Saddan Hussein's rule was a piece of cake compared to what is brewing in the Middle East. Does any one here still wonder why Saddam held the Iraqis under a tight hand? Well now we know.

At best they are just your opinion. You take information that everybody knows... we saw it in Mogadishu, in Afghanistand, and in Iraq. The Israelis have trained for it way before you know anything about this. It has not taken Israel by surprise at all. They have contingencies at various levels. You and your article writer pose as know-it-alls when neither of you sit in high level strategy meetings of the Israeli military. You don't think the Mosad already had plenty of classified info about these Hezbollah cells? Pleeeease... you are much too naive in swallowing the lefty media mantra.

You apparently refer to only ONE think tank. There are many, many think tanks. Some are extreme left, some are moderates, and some are Conservatives. You must have quoted from one that does not like this administration and is not favorable towards Israel.

Today the Israeli think tank Tikkun has come out in favor of an International Middle East Peace Conference to Impose a just, equitable and lasting settlement on all parties. Its a two state solution, basically made of the 1967 borders, give or take, and back to business as usual.

I think its too late! Palestineans know that Demographics are on their side. Why back off now? In fact a Palestinean state, as Tikkun proposes would not be economically viable, it will always have to depend on Israel to survive. As the Palestinean population explodes something is going to give, and it won't be funny.

Now we are universally despised by the world, there is much more terrorism, over a 100 a day dying in Iraq, the Taliban reigns supreme in the mountains of Afghanistan, Syria and Iran are loose cannons and so is North Korea, Condosleaza is back from the failed cease fire with the tail between her legs, thanks all to the International Terrorist who resides in the White House. There is more terror than there ever was before 9-11, the world is on the verge of total chaos all due to the Israeli/Republican Crusade in Lebanon. And the Pornorican is blindly supporting this loser at all cost, which shows what fanaticism is really all about.
