Miranda when will you realize 'Baile, Baraja y Botella' is not the end of Puerto Rican civilization? Even a purple Puerto Rican Barney does not mean we have no Puerto Ricans in Puerto Rico capable of running our own society successfully.

Yes, we have a very dedicated intellectual class of Puerto Ricans, WE'VE ALWAYS HAD ONE! The problem is that their voices get lost in the wind, in the obsession with consumerism, Disneyland , Reggaetón festivals and shoot outs at the local caseríos.

Not all is lost. I have a feeling that our saviors in the long run will be the Gringos. How?
