The winds of change are blowing. Have I said this before on here? If I did then excuce me for not reading the thread over. Today ,news has been published that the AAV will not received the national guard at La Fortaleza. The national guard is having their annual convention in San Juan currently.Of course, most Puerto Ricans do not know this or do not even understand the impact. In Puerto Rican speak.......HEEELLLO! I know these are baby steps. However, this shows the road that Puerto Rico is leading towards.

Gore Vidal thinks the Latino hordes are limited yet the economics play a part. The Mexican immigrant is not living off the dole at all. They know how to work and be exploited properly. LOL. They don't assimilate as fast as others but the reason is that their homeland is in the USA's backyard. Literally. And they keep refreshing the origins.

The USA according to some venture capitalist Jim Rodgers is headed for doom. And gloom and maybe 60 years down the road it will not really have any power. It will be second or third rate and not the big dog on the block in any way. Rodgers stated the USA saves less than 2% of their income and produce very little of what they are currently consuming. They also have a huge and growing debt bought up by foreign banks. The only thing that they use to hold on to power are military expenditures. And those are being wasted without much tangible Imperial results. Rodgers predicts eventual decline. Rodgers is not a red menace...he is a meat and potatoes highly successful venture Capitalist folks.

You are not thinking right if you think the US doesn't have what it takes to remain a first rate world power. That is wishful thinking my friend. The US has the best weapons in the world. What more is there there say?
