How does the Immigration debate going to influence Puerto Rico? LF Miranda...this one

A Danish dude called Clement explored this issue. Where does Puerto Rico fit in all this American Nativist sentiment? I especially liked the ad for the Republican vote pandering to Latinos----Soy George W. Bush y yo aprobo este mensaje. Lol. Check it out in youtube.com

YouTube - Immigration in America Part I of III

YouTube - Immigration in America Part II of III

YouTube - Immigration in America Part III of III

Miranda in part III of the piece there is that salsa type tune and the Latino family speaking Spanish and feeling like Bush is their guy! LOL. I also liked the part in which the minuteman guy said "They come over here and they are not interested in being part of this country, they just want to make money and send money back to their country." Does it occur to these minutemen that the only real interest many of these multinational internationalist corporations really have no real interest in the countries they do business in....they just want to make some money and run with it? Lol. Ave Maria la verdad es algunos de estos true Blue Americans dan RISA que se acabo. They really see themselves as the last bastion of Western Values and civilization in the jungle of the inferior third world leprosy, tb carrying dirty and disloyal brown hordes taking over their great SOCIETY. Pure and good and the best society in the world. How dare these-----these law breaking freaks come in and change the demographic landscape? Don't they respect who are the real Americans? LOL. You gotta laugh. You just gotta laugh. Can you see Rosello out there in the desert of Arizona saying "I will back you buddy. I believe in your dream. "Hola Amigo". You have been caught we are sending you back. Let me drop my Spanish. When you see the whole thing---you got to accept Puerto Ricans who speak Spanish (even Rossello types) don't have a future in that kind of USA. They never did. Lol. I wonder what the Danish dude who did the journalism story thought about all of it? Should I email him about it?

I think to move the pro-independence movement forward in Puerto Rico Tom Tancredo needs to go and make a speech in San Juan, Puerto Rico and say----you can't be real Americans. True and loyal Americans and hold on to the Spanish Puerto Rico. You just can't. Stop speaking Spanish. It is un-American. Europe needs to deport 20 million plus Muslims and the USA needs to make sure millions of ex-Hispanic Latino/ Latin Americans drop the Spanish and speak English only and adopt Western Values. Cuz Tancredo knows Puerto Rico is poor and full of unemployment due to lack of Western Values. Spain and the Hispanic Roman background has nothing to do with the Ancient Greek traditions and the origins of Western Civilizations. It was the German rooted English that is really rooted in Western Civilization. LOL. Ave Maria.

It is that multiculturalism. That is the problem. We aren't accepting that. It is English and all must be like Tancredo. Believing in the last bastion....I got to take a break. I am laughing so hard. Is California going to speak Spanish in the future? Speaking Spanish means poverty and losing superpower status. Cuz if you speak Spanish it makes you a mental retard by default. Lol. Dejame descansar.

In reality, immigration is a world wide phenomenon which is causing massive chaos in most western societies.

WAIT! let me back track.

Immigration is causing chaos in ALL societies, western or not!

I just read an article which tells how immigrants are moving from chaotic nations, like Haiti, to less chaotic ones like the Dominican Republic, in search of work and a better life.

Like wise, Colombians are heading to Venezuela, yes Chavez's Venezuela, in search of its massive consummer society which imports thousands of Hummers, Scotch whisky, and electronic products from Asia.

Nicaraguans are storming Costa Rica and Panama. Dominicans are risking their lives to reach Puerto Rico and once there, they're treated like dirt. Puerto Ricans are migrating to Florida in search of better paying jobs and trying to escape crime, but in the process they're creating a ghetto which is showing all the problems they are ecaping from, with the added twist of racism American style.

Africans are heading towards Spain, Cambodians, towards Vietnam, yes Vietnam! all in search of work and consummerism.

Most societies are terrified of what these hordes bring. Western societies rightfully so. They're scared of the lifestyles brought by Muslims, their treatment of women, their religeous fundamentalism, and their imposition of 12th century macho style ghettos into more liberal surroundings.

Americans are terrified of the numbers of Mexicans, and the consequences of being swamped by a sea of Brown faces who they PERCIEVE will not speak English. Immigration in the U.S. was once, some what more tolerated, because the faces were white, or LOOKS WHITE, but not any more.

Puerto Ricans are not free from our quirks and predjudices either. As Dominicans arrive by the thousands, many of us are appalled by the influx of "darker people" who are pushy and have a Merengue style, 24/7. LOL

Dominicans are also arriving at a time when Puerto Ricans seem to be getting a firm grip on their identity. However, Here come a people who don't care a hoot about our identity, they come to be Americans, which means to CONSUME. They tend to swell the PNP once they get citizenship and then become agents of de-nationalization, joining the likes of Doņa Miriam and Rosselló. The irony of all this is, as more Domnicans arrive, the Puerto Rican LOOKS WHITE complexion will tip, making us darker and scaring the wits out of Gringos if Statehood is demanded. LOL

We can never win, can we? LOL

Welcome to 2008! LOL

The ironic thing is that most statehooders are anti-Dominican.I don't feel sorry because our indiffererence can never match the dirt treatment that Dominicans do to Hatians. Am I rationalizing? Perhaps...

Borders

We all know about the plight of millions of Mexicans who cross the border ilegally in serach of work. We've all seen the 'redadas" where multitudes of brown faced ilegal immigrants are herded away. I wonder why we never see a white Mexican face in the mix. After all, if we were to guage Mexico's society by their "novelas" one would assume that 90% of people there are white and RICH$$$ Obviously, we know this not to be the case.

One thought has crossed my mind regarding the stereotypical ilegal immigrant. What would our paradigm of an ilegal immigrant be if Argentina was located across the Texas border? Would the USA still want to errect fences to keep out eurocentric looking people? Would Tom Tancredo still pound the podium as loud as he did when a few isolated souls listened to him? Would our policies be a bit more "forgiving" and "understanding" of the plight of those "poor ole boys just looking for a way to feed their families?"

Just wondering.

TCS

BTW...happy new years!!!

Let us do a cliffnotes version of the immigration question in the USA. It is all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$. If all these 12 million plus Mexicans/Central Americans/South Americans/Caribbean Spanish speaking types did not have somebody paying them every month or every two weeks etc. they can't pay the rent or buy food to fill their bellies. Therefore there is an economy willing to support the illegals. If that did not exist they could not remain on USA soil. The Feds don't have the money to deport 12+ million people. It would take at least new deportation cells, and prisons, cops charging by the hour to track everyone down, then social workers, gov't workers to pull the illegals kids out of public schools, hospitals, etc. The whole endeavor would have to be given top billing for months. Many employers would not be able to fill the need. No one to work in ironing shirts in some sweat shop dry cleaners, fast food workers looking at Pizza Hut and Burrito orders in Taco Bell, no stockers at Target, Kmart etc. No car wash employees, landscape companies, nurseries, agricultural workers, pothole and roofers and tile layers and drywallers and highway layers, short order cooks and so on and so on.....hotel maids. And many many more, meat packing plants. So much. Might as well accept these people are there because they are doing something many refuse to do in the USA which is work the conditions and pay that a lot of industries are adamant about maintaining in this country. The big companies and chains and even many small businesses won't and can't pay legal USA citizens with VISAS and high school diplomas need to live 'decently'. Statistically speaking that is a minimum of $15 dollars an hour. How many of the above jobs pay that folks?

This is when the pedal hits the metal. Basically why it is impossible to implement some MASTER DEPORTATION PLAN A LA TOM TANCREDO. He can't seem to understand what all that means in the bottom dollar America.
