Hilliary taking a page out of Sila's book?

While watching the democratic debate last night, I heard Hillary mentioned 60 days. That is,she would start withdrawing troops 60 days into her presidency. I couldn't help to remember Sila's now infamous timetable for kicking the Navy out of Vieques. Of course,we all know how that turned out.
