Warning for users responding to Soberano

Soberano will be quarantined permanently---he most likely will try to morph again with a new screename. I will be compiling a list of his 'abuses' which include consistent hate speech against gays and lesbians, black people and the usage of mass killing and blood and 'bombs' in regards to Puerto Rico and Puerto Ricans. He has been quarantined before with the name of Faraon and he has come back with a new name.

He thinks there are no legal consequences to using consistently hate speech on the internet. He is WRONG. There are legal consequences to using and spreading hate speech. If he knew how to change and modify his behavior this would not be necessary. But he is stubbornly DISRESPECTFUL of warnings and suggestions to changing his written behavior.


I will be asking anyone who responds to his threads to think twice. At the least you will be losing your post and might down the road if the user is a chronic violator might have to be involved in some legal proceeding if the user in question doesn't stop and becomes FIXATED on pr.com. Thank you.

Soberano estara siendo restringido de participar permanentemente---lo mas probablemente es que el usuario se cambiara de nombre de pantalla de nuevo. Yo estare compilando una lista de sus 'abusos' que incluye discurso de odio en contra de los homosexuales y las lesbianas, en contra de la raza negra, y el uso del lenguaje de sangre, bombas y odio en contra de los puertorriquenos y en contra de Puerto Rico. El usuario ha sido cuarentenado anteriormente con el nombre de "faraon".

Este usuario piensa que no hay consecuencias legales en consistentemente usar el discurso de odio en el internet. ESTA EQUIVOCADO. Hay consecuencias legales en usar y desparramar discurso de odio. Si supiera cambiar su comportamiento esto no seria necesario lo que pasa es que el usuario Soberano/Faraon, etc. no sabe cambiar su comportamiento escrito.

Estare pidiendo que los que respondan a sus hilos que lo piensen bien. A lo menos estarian perdiendo sus pasquines y a lo mejor tendrian que involucrarse en un procedimiento legal de un violador cronico y hasta quizas lidear con un caso legal de discurso de odio por internet. Tenemos un usuario tercamente violador de las reglas en PR.com.

Suki, I think PR.com should display prominently a warning that racism, obscene language etc, will not be permitted in this forum before you proceed against a poster.
