Question

Sorry I misspelled Republic in the title and I did not know how to correct this.

What are the pros and cons for Puerto Rico under the status of Republic?

01) Politcal Infrastrutual
02) Human Rights
03) Economic Plan
04) Military Plan
05) Education
06) Citizenship benefits
07) Health and Wealth

Rodj,

Well you do pose good points concerning the status of Puerto Rico as a republic, but to be very honest there are come countries that really have no need for a military force this could be Puerto Ricos' way also. Now to be very honest I am still on the fence on the entire status of our island. I would love our home (PR) to be free but to be very honest with all of you I have not seen any leadership to take us through that path and I am talking about all political parties, but as I have stated in previous topics I can only go with what I believe to be the best route for our people. Now I am not saying that I am right or wrong or that anyone hear is either but I think that independence is a very expensive dish that we may all want to eat but at the end we may find ourselves short on cash.
