Question

As we all know, the current Election hinges on a recount in the state of Florida. Bush and Gore campaigns are sending "SWAT TEAMS" to Florida today to monitor a recount that's likely to decide the nation's next president! Can you believe this election Just late yesterday, media was declaring Bush a winner, than they tried taking it back! How bizarre and EMBARRASSING It's like nothing I've ever witnessed before.

In an interview recently, Al Gore stated "I won the popular vote. I gave up the presidency in effect."

Would he than be in fact, a shadow president-almost the de facto nominee in 2004 because of this statement?

In closing, I will have to bet there will be a "campaign claim" against the winner of this election! There will surley be alleged irregularities, or impropostions! This country will probably be dragged through a really tortured process!

WEW PHEWEE! WOW-WHAT AN ELECTION!

Molto Bene Italia!

I can't believe that happen, I bet many nations that were monitoring the democracy in works are now confused.

To make it worst, it happens on George Bush state were his brother is governor.

But, that is the way democrats works, as you saw in the last 8 years. They can't loose with dignity.

I printed out a copy of the Florida voting card in issue and ask 7 of my co-workers place a vote for Gore.

They didn't have trouble punching the right hole.

Yes, I know, I know, that card was use in a location were the main population are retirees senior citizens.

But I have two seniors working with us, one is a male 79, and female 73. They didn't have trouble either.

So, that takes me to the conclusion that is a Gore tactics to not let go quietly and create the last commotion that could last two years.

This shows that the duopoly of the two parties, i.e, the Dems. and the Reps. have succeeded in dividing this nation against itself. For years there hasn't been "a dime's worth of difference" between the two parties, and now it doesn't really matter who wins the recount, as neither of them will have a mandate to govern this nation. Neither will be able to get effectively enacted any of their campaign agendas in a Congress that is in gridlock. It will be equivalent to the gov't shutdown, and it will be like an old boy's club where they break out the easy chairs and vie with one another as to whom can take more naps than another.

This is the result of the duopoly being lackeys of corporate America, and now the excrement has finally hit the fan.

AHAHAhahaha...

Regards,

Red face

Nacionalista:

I must say that is interesting what you have done with taking a so called "poll" with the older people you work with. Amazing to find...they understand. Too many people are trying to blame the elderly, just another finger to point

Everywhere we turn, people are questioning "faulty election ballots", "lost ballot boxes", and other speculative improperties! Republicans are blaming the Democrats for fouling up the election, and Democrats blaming the Republicans. We notice others that fault Green party candidate Ralph Nader. Don't 4-get the media! Some are blaming them for prematurley calling which candidate won the state of Florida--twice!

We can all agree that the election has been screwed up in one way or another! WOW...makes me think twice about the "fairness" of this election. I certainly believe in the statement now "NEVER SAY YOUR VOTE DOESN'T COUNT." I wonder though, count for what? Somewhere my vote and yours is "floating" around in the hands of who? STRANGERS !!!!!!!! Never before did I think of my vote after it was dropped in the ballot box, but now?? I am thinking twice! As we sit and try to place the blame on the elderly, the media, the Democrats, & Republicans, and even those who worked those crazy election booths...we should remember one thing! THIS CHAOS ALL HAD TO START SOMEWHERE FIRST! Where? How? Why?
