Conciencia,

Me gusta la idea de poder informarme sobre esto. Sabes aunque enrealidad no pueda dar con punto fijo la razon por la cual el merengue boricua este vendiendo mas que el Dominicano pero si tiene que ver en mi opinion con la calidad de la letra y tambien que el romance esta en una etapa alta para estos tiempos y la musica que la cantantes boricuas estan tocando es con el swing romantico!

Puerto Rico merengue is better than the dominican merengue because is darn GOOD. Yes, you can't compare the new PR merengue with the oldies merengue dating back 30 years ago.

But the new, modern merengue, is really kicking butts, and I love it.

The new merengue sounds like...

Sometime the new rican merengue sounds like a mixture of plena in it. Has anybody noticed it?
