TU NO SABES SI VIENES O VAZ
[Contu][Usted no sabes si vienes o vaz pro lo he leido de ti me parace que usted no esta conforme con nada. For what I have read from you it seems that you are not happy with anything. Based on your statement,,you just simply do not trust in humankind thus, Why do you seek with so much fervor a trial for Mc Veigh; if you just hung your hat on the US system. For what I can see and dicern you just love to stir the S__T to see reactions. Your circle around questions and never answer, just hide your questions with other point of views, but never get to the point.
Maybe you should state what are your true fears and we here in this forum will perhaps assist you. We all know enough about Mc Veigh, he knows he is in a dead end. An early seek of his sentence will send a strong message to others that think and simpathize with him. That is why he needs to wait at the end of the line like everybody else. ]Originally posted by Contu_Macious [/i] >>>>>"Why did you come to PuertoRico.com to insult us? I want to demonstrate that it is very difficult for a JUROR to be IMPARTIAL if the same is FINANCIALLY dependent upon one of the parties to a lawsuit. Government employees and those dependent on "mantengo" were NOT excluded from McVeigh's "trial". >>>>>>"We recognize that some people that were a part of this government have done some horrific things. Contu;
I did not ask for the definition of LAW, etc... I ask whether or not did you know for sure if he was innocent and if so how do you know! Just answer the question, that is if you are in liberty! |

As a Constitutionalist I firmly adhere to the DUE PROCESS principle which holds: presumption of innocence n. a fundamental protection for a person accused of a crime, which requires the prosecution to prove its case against the defendant beyond a reasonable doubt. This is opposite from the criminal law in many countries, where the accused is considered guilty until he/ she proves his/her innocence or the government completely fails to prove its case. http://dictionary.law.com/definition...d=%7C%7C%7C%7C |

When will you answer the question and stop given definitions where they are not needed. Oh I almost forgot this makes it the 3rd time now that you avoid a question do not tell me you have a phobia for question!
