You have a point concerning his financial status and that too is still not for certain. You speak of this individual as if you know him! How do you know that the media would not love to print his side of the story?

Throughout history crime stories have sold this one is no different! Maybe he just has nothing to say because he did commit the crime I do not know what his problem is what I do know that if I am innocent I will not die quietly.

Since the War Of Northern Aggression and the alleged adoption of the 14th Amendment Washington DC treats ALL the states as if they were mere provinces - slavery was moved from Columbia, South Carolina to DC - the Federal government wants to DICTATE to ALL of us!!!!!!

Look, we are supposed to be a FREE nation yet there are 2,000,000 inmates in our prisons - either there are a lot of criminals in our midst or the government is THE criminal:

What the title should have been is that IN LOTS OF WAYS STATES RIGHTS DON'T GO FAR ENOUGH. No state should be able to opress people in any way based on personal things like ethnicity, religion or sexual preferences among consenting adults, etc. But what states should have the autonomy to do is have some of their own independent foreign and economic policy. I mean, if California decides not to send California residents to some conflict in some remote part of the world, it should have the right to make that decision. If California thinks it is ok to have some sort of at least limited trade with Lybia or Iran for example, it should be up to them.


Perhaps military or foreign policy as it is called should only obligate states to provide troops for any conflict that is taking place or threatens to take place directly on U.S. land.

And I think in small municipal elections legal residents should be allowed some sort of vote because they currently suffer taxation without representation! Or if not just don't tax them or tax them less.
