6. Se aboliria el Tribunal Federal y

Will it work? Why not,the probem would be
who controls both houses of congress if the
democrats do then it will be difficult they
seem to be pro-staehood,if the republicans
win then I think it stands a good chance.
As for recognition of Puertorican citizenship
the U.S.Supreme Court already did in :
Bakzac v. Porto Rico you can read the case
by going to : [url=http://caselaw.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl]http://caselaw.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.p?court=us&vol=258&invol=298
I believe that this "enhanced E.L.A." is a
good stepping stone toward total independence

Virgil:

What the PPD is really asking for is WAY BELOW the Honor of Statehood: it is a good-ol Indian RESERVATION. Look at the RESERVATIONS, they enjoy DUAL CITIZENSHIP, they are recognized as NATIONS, they even issue their own PASSPORTS, while collecting FEDERAL FREEBIES GALLORE. HOWEVER NONE OF THESE INDIAN "NATIONS" HAVE ANY POLITICAL POWER IN THE USA. Now tell me if this is what you really want for ALL PUERTO RICANS, to be considered PERPETUAL DEPENDENDANTS, WARDS of the Federal Government? I don't think so, but SILA THINKS SO. It is OBVIOUS that the PPD thinks most Puerto Ricans are SO IGNORANT thay they can sell this DEMEANING INSTITUTION ["RESERVATIONHOOD"] to our People and Congress. I don't want none of that: I WANT POLITICAL POWER. Sharecropping does not achive this, only STATEHOOD does.

Question

El Boricua,

Thanks for the site address I have been looking for it for a long time. It might be a good stepping stone in either direction.

There is no honor in statehood it is total
asimilation,it is saying that we cannot
govern ourselves we cannot be a democratic
country,we need the intervention of the
paternalistic big brother in Washington what
can be more degrading than that.
