Chile foreign reserves rise $8.4 mln in February Friday March 23, 10:09 AM EST SANTIAGO, March 23 (Reuters) - Chile's foreign reserves rose $8.4 million in the first 15 days of March to $14.530 billion, the central bank said in a report Friday. Income from the central bank's investment portfolio contributed to the moderate increase, it said. Y todo esto sin ser Estado de EEUU, solito, ahhh y sin bloqueo por supuesto.
