My fellows Boricuas, had you ever thought how this sound?

"Puerto Rico, property of the United States federal government".

We will not have a PATRIA anymore, but we will be living in a STATE.

Why pursue the idea of being completely dominated by another culture?

Might as well bend over and surrender yourself completely to Uncle Sam.

In the United States, their own people are fighting to prevent 100% federal government control on their lives. Why we Boricuas should chase that kind of life?

On the other hand, do you really think that the USA cares about Puerto Rico, in a sense what cares means?

The only interest of Puerto Rico in the USA federal government is another border away from the main land to stop their enemies.

That is it!

There is not other interest on us. Well, besides that they can send our sons and daughters to other countries to defend their interest, I don’t see any other reason why the USA is so motivated to join PR to the union or keep it as a colony.

Do you really want to live like that and pass that along to your childrens?

It is time to detach us from the USA umbilical cord, Puerto Rico is not longer a fetus.

Wake up Boricuas, take back what is yours, you deserve respect once and for all.
