Question

As you know, I believe everyone has a right to believe what they want to believe but
What I can't understand is how could someone who believe in statehood still do after
Their party PNP has done so many bad things?
Is just a question only. How?

You may have been "thinking" about Taina, and who wouldn't, but you also wrote replies to my post on revolution and reforms. If you wish, go back and reread your posts, and you will find that is the case.

And why on earth would we need a revolution if the people of Puerto Rico voted finally for independence? That doesn't make any sense. What you may have been covering up with the term of revolution was your desire as a statehooder to resort to civil war in order to overthrow the results of that election won by the supporters of Independence. That desire would be quite nefarious of you, but let me say one thing that the duly elected results of democratic elections have quite often been overthrown by civil wars and/or coups (golpes de estado).

Is your penchant for dictatorial ways rearing its ugly head again Virgil? You said in one of your earlier posts that you don't reject being a dictator. Could it be that you have some deep-down dark desire to try and take off the heads of all us Independentistas if we finally won through the democratic process of elections?

Hmmm, corruption or evil by you estadistas seems to rear its ugly head in so many ways.

Talking

EddieR,

Seems to me you really like to "tergiversar" a lot. I must bow to you, you are a master in spin!

First,

I was TALKING to Taina, not THINKING about (as you said). Hmmmm.... I bet you probably do THINK about her. I am afraid to ask what is exactly that you are thinking. Shame, shame, shame.....

Second,

Before you get all entangled in your own conspiracy theories, let me tell you I would be the last to use violence to get my points across. I do not believe in violence, unlike many of the groups you praise everyday such as The Macheteros and the FALN.

Third,

Face it!, statehooders and populares are the majority of the population. You guys are only 4%. So you can whine and "pataletear" all you want, you have a right to.

However, that's all you can do and will do for the rest of your life.

Bye!

Virgilio:

Good posting: I must admit that you have a very EXCELLENT way of handling EddieR1. FINESSE and SKILL!!!

About the independentistas, I must warn you that they have a knack for lumping the Populares together with themselves, the independentistas. How they are so eager to spin AUTONOMISMO into INDEPENDENTISMO is beyond me, since Populares cherish their American Citizenship like a PRICELESS HEIRLOOM. But, the independentista still lump the COLONIAL System SUPPORTERS along with their own DREAM of a REPUBLIC UTOPIA anyway. Talk about twisted logic ...

What's your problem? You know that I have referred to TainaChulita as a kind of "Joan of Arc" person, who also was a teenager of about 17 years of age when she became the great leader of France in the war against England which already had imperialistically invaded France and had lots of its territory under the control of John Bull.

We all know how bright and eloquent Sta. Joan was, and how great she was as a "warrior-princess" also.

How unseemly of you (almost like the English jailers) to ascribe immoral thoughts to other persons. It shows what you are really thinking Virgil, and that is not nice.

Now as to what you said about the Macheteros and the FALN, i.e., that I "praise them everyday" THAT SIR IS A BIG LIE. I have never even once in all that I have written on this forum, praised these groups AT ALL. You can look through the entire archives for all my messages and WILL NOT FIND ONE SINGLE POST LAUDING THE MACHETEROS AND THE FALN.

As to you saying that you would be the last one to use violence, ahem okay, since I already said that I respect your opinions, and therefore I give you the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Have a Nice Day,
EddieR #1
