This is not politics, but Puerto Rico takes pride in its beautiful woemn and as a territory we can have a Miss Universe Delegate, but as a state we will not be able to!
 Denise Quinones, age 22, is the 4th Puerto Rican to have won the title of Miss Universe, but is the 1st to have won during the pageant in her homeland of Puerto Rico, which was held this year in Bayamon!   QUE BELLA ES ELLA!
