PPD Senator, Charlie Rodriguez issued a bill to Congress to allow Puerto Rican who were born on the island or has a parent who was born on the island.( for those proud Nuyoricans, Chicagoricans, and Floricans) This would allow Puerto Rican not to have to use passports of the USA to treavel to other countries, but would still allow passport free passage to the USA because we will still be able to keep USA citizenship, if we chose to. If not, we will use the Commonwealth passport to go to the USA and still be able to vote and work...etc in PR, which would be harder is u threw away you USA citizenship and have nothing left. This bill, if passed, would be more steps to Independence and would give more Puerto Rican national pride of PR, not the USA, which most people dont feel that they are Americans, but Puerto Ricans first!

Ademas, la ciudadania me ayuda aqui en DC para luchar por la independencia de PR.
