The fitness classes that are offered can target specific fitness requirements, such as strengthening muscles and body sculpting sessions, provide nutritional assistance or help you to improve your performance in a certain sports, such as tennis or golf. Guests can also join the Reiki class that focuses on body balancing. And, for the guests who just want to be pampered without moving a muscle, the Tranquility Level will be able to assist them. Here you can enjoy massage therapies such as aromatherapy massages, Thai massages, Rainforest Hot Stone Therapies, Shiatsu and full body massages.
Other treatments to look forward to include Tropical Spa Ritual Treatments, such as Pineapple Body Bliss and Mango Tango treatments and Body Treatments, that include sea salt scrubs, mud scrubs, mud wraps and cellulite treatments.
