Sorry for those people that instead of looking for positive facts always look for the negative part. I am not from there but among all the other countries, i found the best for my retirement. I have a house there, and I trvel every yer there. I love it and I feel it is a paradaize. You need to travel a little more than the ward you are living. Ev en in the world capita, NYC you can see barrios that are infected with crime, drugs and many other things. Do not expect Isabela be the perfect place to live, however among all the other rich cities, Isabela is a paradize to live. Crime, drugs rates are very low. You can live a decent live without worry. Many other places around the world will love to be like isabela. Even in Paris, city of light and luxury you can find letrinas in public places. I ove Isabela and i always will. That city will be the place where I will spend my retirement and live the life I always want.
