Cooking show Puerto Rico Fitur 2013 by Fernando Parrilla [01:44]
Con motivo de FITUR 2013, la Oficina de Turismo de Puerto Rico organizó un cooking show con presencia de los más representativos periodistas de gastronomía, viajes y lifestyle para conocer los encantos de Puerto Rico a través de sus platos. El chef Fernando Parrilla vino desde Puerto Rico para mostrar su cocina, desconocida en España, y contó con unos pinches de lujo, alumnos de la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de la Comunidad de Madrid que aprendieron mucho de su saber hacer. El acto contó con la presencia de Ingrid I. Rivera, ministra de turismo de Puerto Rico, y con Marimar Lidin, directora de la Oficina de Turismo de Puerto Rico. La maestra de ceremonias fue la reconocida periodista gastronónima Concha Crespo, que llevó a todos sus colegas por un maravilloso paseo por la Isla del Encanto.

Daisy Martinez is known for her role on Daisy Cooks, a series on PBS. She is also a chef, model, actress and author who lives in Brooklyn, New York. She has also starred in commercials for Ford and AT&T. Pagan is known as one of the top chefs in Puerto Rico. He has three restaurants in San Juan: Chayote, Lemongrass and Laurel. He is the author of two books and has also appeared on the Food Network show "Iron Chef."
