Under the artistic direction of Muuaaa's president, Celina Nogueras Cuevas, CIRCA was the first art fair in the Caribbean. Our responsibilities at Circa included establishing relationships with artists, galleries, and collectors; determining the requirements for participants; screening and persuading galleries to participate; and overseeing every branding and image aspect of the fair. As artistic director, Celina served as curator and supervisor of activity coordinators. Her role in the fair was one of the reasons why CIRCA enjoyed visibility as a brand and as a product on a global scale.

Back in the day, circa 1992 , long time Puerto Rico ripper and 98 Rock Morning Show guy Seabass took Big Mike Kahuna and Tomas on their first island surfing trip. They were not very well behaved and got in trouble at El Patio one night. Multi talented surf bro surf bro David Lee Roth was also a frequent vistor to Rincon in the 90's and a close 420 friend of Seabass so it's only fitting that he provides the soundtrack IN SPANISH to this sometimes fuzzy but classic home footage from Puerto Rico 1992.
