Cooking show Puerto Rico Fitur 2013 by Fernando Parrilla [01:44]
Con motivo de FITUR 2013, la Oficina de Turismo de Puerto Rico organizó un cooking show con presencia de los más representativos periodistas de gastronomía, viajes y lifestyle para conocer los encantos de Puerto Rico a través de sus platos. El chef Fernando Parrilla vino desde Puerto Rico para mostrar su cocina, desconocida en España, y contó con unos pinches de lujo, alumnos de la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de la Comunidad de Madrid que aprendieron mucho de su saber hacer. El acto contó con la presencia de Ingrid I. Rivera, ministra de turismo de Puerto Rico, y con Marimar Lidin, directora de la Oficina de Turismo de Puerto Rico. La maestra de ceremonias fue la reconocida periodista gastronónima Concha Crespo, que llevó a todos sus colegas por un maravilloso paseo por la Isla del Encanto.
